STANDARDS AND EXPECTATIONS

Personal training sessions are one part of a successful training program, along with intentional movement, reasonable nutrition, proper rest, and respect and patience with the process toward your goals.

You must make time outside of your sessions to perform the movement covered in your sessions and cultivate the habits needed to progress and maintain your outcomes.

You do not need to apply the tips you saw on TikTok or read about in the Times from someone who does not work in the industry, compete in sanctioned fitness events, or hold licensure in that scope. On that note, documentaries are only entertainment, not research.

Prioritizing yourself, your time, and your goals are a cornerstone of successful training programs. You must aim high for satisfying results!

I do not expect everyone to feel wiped after the end of a workout nor do I expect you to ever feel like you did not accomplish enough. I design workouts to respect your ability to progress safely. Please tell me if you are ever craving more stimuli.

SCHEDULING

All session are 60 minutes.

Please leave your cell phone in a locker or on silent.

Arriving 15 minutes after your start time will trigger a cancellation.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment means your session inventory will be counted as a completed and charged session.
